Peta’s Stray Dogs of Nicaragua series will be shown, starting this week, at Granada’s new hip hotel, Mombacho Beach Club. In fact, the owner now refers to the main hall as the “patio de los perros”.
Here Peta delivers a couple of paintings, by horsecart…
.
The building is gigantic and chockful of rich architectural details, refurbished to their original condition. The vast spaces make this hotel ideal for large parties and it seems that the owner fancies the strategy of developing a brand around the art that will be shown around the hotel. An eclectic collection of one of a kind “art” furniture accents the two dimensional art.
Your paintings look terrific in this setting. The owner should just buy them all. They are perfect.
Thanks Sharon! I am very happy with the great setting for my dogs.
Thanks for “sending” me to this post so I could see your art, Peta. You paint dog portraits beautifully, capturing the personalities that make us fall in love with them.
