One of our favorite beaches in Nicaragua is Gigante Beach where friends of ours have a restaurant and a big vision for coastal development that is environmentally responsible. Peta has taken the lead in defining the scope of the future hotel which we hope to build over 2013. This will be a very large project and has a potential to effect the environmental footprint by being the first hotel to showcase bamboo in Nicaragua.
