Amazingly, today our couch, my easel, our little flat screen tv, cd player and cd storage units actually arrived in a white truck outside our door! Lets see… they held these items hostage — almost two months longer than all our other stuff, deeming them to be more valued than stated by us. They extracted two extra payments (each about $100). After much persistence on our part, weekly emails and phone calls and visits, and voila, the delivery is finally complete. (We’re getting good at this Nica bureaucratic stuff! )
